What Is Causing Tremor Sensation In Left Testicle Which Is Having Enlarged Vein?
I am 64 years old and am experiencing a tremor sensation in my left testicle. I have enlarged veins leading to that testicle. Have annual exams and my family doctor is not alarmed at the oversize vein situation. What could cause the tremor or vibrating effect in this testicle?

From history it seems that you might be having varicocele giving rise to this problem.
At this age any other pathology to be ruled out as well.
Consult urologist and get examined.
