What Is Causing Trouble With Heart Palpitation And Burning Sensation In Chest?
Hi I have trouble with heart pulpertations, I've had a ECG and everything was fine but when I masterbate my heart starts to beat very slowly but forcefully. My beats per min goes down to like 48 and I feel a burning sensation in my neck and throat. Is that normal?

The slowing down of heart beat may be due to a physiological phenomenon called vagal tone and is a normal phenomenon.
You can consult a cardiologist and go for serial ECG monitoring to rule out any arrhythmia and abnormal heart rhythm.
As of now, no treatment is required.
