What Is Causing Tummy Pain Along With Palpitation While Having D3 Tablets?

I have a pain in the lower left side of my tummy, that isn t really bad, but annoying, I take 6 d3 tablets a say prescribed by my doctor, but no other medication. I have no back pain, but still have palpitations, feel hot, then cold but don t sweat, but feel warm all the time. What can cause this?

Hi. This sort of pains are not related to D3, I think. This can be due to flu or some other problem, can be an intestinal infection too. Subclinical form can give only pain in abdomen and feeling of warmth..
Have a course of antibiotic and see the results will be fine.
