hi, i have a clear like water discharge in my penis which started this morning and now the tip of my penis hurts. i didn t have it on other days that s why i m scared if this is STD or any serious illness, i am also sexually active, please help me thank you.

It might be STI (sexually transmitted infection).
Advice for you
1. Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral for 5 days
2. Drink 4 – 5 liters of uncontaminated water
3. Use condom before sex
4. Investigations
a. R/E of urine
b. Microscopic examination of penile discharge including Gram’s staining
c. VDRL
d. HIV SCREENING
e. HCV DNA screening
f. HBsAg
Further action will be taken after report.
