What Is Consistent Chest Pain Radiating To Breast, Shoulder And Neck Suggestive Of?

Hi, I have had a consistent ache in the right side of my chest for a month or two under my rib cage, it feels somehow connected to my right breast, right shoulder and my lower neck feels tender where I swallow. Today I have been feeling very fatigued. I have a constant need to clear my throat and a rocky cough on the right side. I m very worried, I will see doc tomorrow, but what could this be?

Hello,

There is a possibility of you having respiratory tract infections causing these symptoms.
You may need to visit a doctor to listen to your lungs with a stethoscope and probably doing an x-ray of the chest too.
If you have bronchitis or pneumonia or any other issues it can show up in an x-ray.
Another possibility is having just muscle pain.
