What Is Degenerative Disc Disease?

I am a37 year old 5'3" female. I have degenerative spine disease. I have had one cervical surgery, but I m in worse pain than before. The doctors have said there is more herniation as a result of the surgery. When I hurt as I am presently, tears rolling and uncontrollable, I am miserable and my chest wall hurt and I have pain in my heart. I have rolling pain down my left arm and squeezing. I would like to know what to do about this. I can hardly breathe and I ache very badly.
