What Is Delaying My Menstruation A Month After Taken Medication To Delay Menstruation?

I took a period delay pill in Sept. I had delayed period on 21 sep. But now its 28 oct and i still have not got it. i am afraid. i had some oral sex, and my partner touched his private on top of mine, but did not insert. Am I pregnant or not? I had PCO earlier and got treated and doctor has told its cured now for the past 3 months. Pl. advice.
