What Is Dosage For Nexium 40mg,Citalopram 20 Mg,Altace 10mg?

I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, general anziety, and reflux esphagitis. I take 1 Nexium 40mg in the morning, 1/2 hour later I take 1 Citalopram 20 mg, 1:00pm I take 1 Altace 10mg and 1 Bystolic 10mg. At 3:30pm I take 1 Omeprazole 40mg. I get a headache after that. Am I taking them in the right order and time? Can I take Tylenol to relieve the headache?
