What Is Extreme Pain In The Shoulder And Collarbone Suggestive Of?

I ve had a sudden onset of shoulder or collarbone pain 3 days ago. The next day it was so minor, I thought I might have slept wrong. Day 3 very painful but now shoulder and mid back are and collarbone are painful, turning, twisting, standing, reaching, typing, and lying down. Help!? Wanna go to hospital but too painful to get dressed.

Thanks for posting your query to hcm. As I understand it could be because of trauma or due to muscular spasm . You can take NSAIDS like Aceclophenc or paracetamol along with muscle relaxant like chlorozexazone to relieve pain . consult a physiotherapist for further managment .
