What Is Fluttering Sensation Near The Navel Suggestive Of?

I am experiencing a fluttering sensation in my stomach, below and near my belly button. I am menstruating and have had a period cycle prior to my last sexual encounter (unprotected). Is this a sign of pregnancy? Or something I should be concerned about?

Pregnancy can not be confirmed by only symptoms. UPT is highly accurate. Kindly go for UPT after week of missed period and with morning sample of urine.
