Hi Gaffar , Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Hepatitis B is irritation and swelling or inflammation of the liver due to infection with the hepatitis B virus (HBV). It does spread through Blood Transfusions, Direct contact with blood through cuts on your body, Sexual contact with infected person, Tattooing with unsterile needles, sharing needles while drug abuse and sharing personal items with Infected Persons. Have you been exposed sexually to a Infected person? If yes, Kindly consult a Gastroenterologist and get a blood work up done like Anti HBs Ag antibodies and etc. as you may or may not show the signs and symptoms of Hepatitis B Infection.
If Positive, you may want to take Plenty of fluids, Get adequate rest and eat healthy nutritious balanced diet along with medications.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
