What Is Meant By Middle Lobe Fibrotic Bands With Subcentimetric Mediastinal Lymph Nodes?

hi My vision is blur. When I consulted eye specialist, i was told to get CT scan done. Result of the CT scan is Right middle lobe fibrotic bands with subcentimetric mediastinal lymph nodes. The doctor suggested that since I have scar in my lungs, I should go for steriod treatment of 50mg to start with & reduced dosage for 11 weeks. Also Doctor suggested that I should be treated for lungs fibrotic for a period of 3 years. Kindly advise.

such high dose of steroid definitly going to have induced eye problem like glucoma and dibetes.it is tobe thought of alternative treatment for fibrotic lung disease.it is to be balanced between lung problem and steroid induced eye problem.
