What Is Meant By Mild Bilateral Neuroforaminal Stenosis?

I went for a MRI because I had a double fusion 2 yrs ago.The MRI says there is diffuse disc bulge that with facet hypertrophy causes mild central canal and mild bilateral neuroforaminal stenosis.What does that mean?Are you really a doctor?
