What Is Meant By Plumbing System Causing Electrical System Problem?

I'm 64 and had a treadmill stress test. Due to tiredness, shortness of breath and tired legsl my doctor stopped the test at 110, well short of the target of 138. He said my "plumbing system" could be causing an "electrical system" problem. He then scheduled me for a nuclear stress test....What could be wrong?

Thanks for your question. In my opinion you must have developed VPCs (Ventricular Premature Contractions) during your TMT test. VPCs during TMT is an indication for stoppage. It indicates that your conduction system is disturbed when your heart is pumping fast in stress. Conduction system is in muscles of heart. So when they are damaged they alter the function of conducting system. Nuclear stress test will identify the damage in muscle by hot spots. Damaged muscle will uptake less glucose thus they appear dull. So the viability of cardiac muscles can be diagnosed by nuclear stress test. So go for this test.
