Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of ultrasound scan is as follows:
The uterus is normal in position i.e. anteverted..
The uterine wall consisting of endometrium and myometrium are within normal limits.
The right ovary shows an endometrial cyst. Endometrial cyst refers to ectopic presence of uterine glands and stroma in the ovary. The uterine glands and stroma have undergone cystic change.
Endometrial cyst can lead to disorders of menstruation and lower abdominal pain.
If symptomatic the cyst may have to be removed surgically.
If large enough it may interfere with ovulation and thus fertility.
Presence of tubulo-cystic structure in ovary is suspicious and needs to be investigated further.
Is there any kind of mass in the ovary or in adjoining region?
Further Ct scan of the pelvic region may be required to know the exact nature of the 'tubulo-cystic' structure.
Consult your gynaecologist for further investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
