What Is Meant By Water In The Brain Of Toddlers?

Hi Dr. my son he is old now 6 month .. in 2 days life he was fact problem with brain and he get subsural in the left in brain and we opreation him and he is now better but the proble we don't know what will happen in futuer and now also the dr. said he have water in brin and he have loss brain 95% SO what you advice to me do and when we can moved him to get sollution sorry about my english it is not too much waiting your answer
