What Is Mild Bleeding With A Positive Result In HPT Suggestive Of?

Hi, my question is about implantation bleeding. Last week my family dr. do blood test check my hcg level she said these very good and multiply. But from 2 days I have bleeding, first day was just a stain brown colour whole day when I go washroom wipe on the paper I see brown discharge but today between 9am-11am little bit heavy red colour bleeding and some clots. It was just for 2-3 hrs. after that stops. Now I check my pregnancy test it is positive. I am very tensed why I have clots plz give me answer. tomorrow I also book my appointment to consult with doctor. But I am very worried plz give me right now answer if you can?
