What Is Mild Cardiomegaly Vascular Congestion?

what is mild cardiomegaly vascular congestion? I m a 42 year old female that weighs 356 lbs. I want to know if their any symptoms to mild cardiomegaly vascular congestion? I m tired all the time. I don t want to leave the house, everything I do seems to take all my strength. I must take a nap, usually after doing some form of activity, basic walking in Walmart. I m so tired, I just fall asleep. I notice swelling in left leg, I think fluid. Any suggestions.

I understand your query and concern.
Cardiomegaly in your case with vascular congestion could be suggestive of High output failure secondary to anemia or any organic disease in the heart.Get 2 dimensional echo of your heart immediately along with serum electrolytes.Swelling in your leg suggestive of congestive cardiac failure.Get your blood pressure monitored immediately.Drugs like diuretics ,inotropes will be helpful in your case.Take Iron and multivitamin capsules.Exercise regularly.Review with reports soon.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
