There is fullness in the region of the head of the pancreas. I believe this is related to nonopacified bowel gas the portal vein superior mesenteric arteries appear to be patent. Superior mesenteric vein appears to be patent. Correlate clinically with symptoms however. CT results of abdomen
Hello and welcome to HCM, The CT report of abdomen is incomplete, however, the significant findings are presence of fullnes in the head of pancreas. Fullness of head of pancreas can occur due to inflammation or pancreatitis. The veins present near to the head of pancreas - superior mesenteric vein is patent and is within normal limits.
