What Is My ECG Report Suggestive Of?

Sinus rhythm, and slight variation in v4 in my ECG report have given me temporary rejection from being a flying pilot and join nda, further I appealed to Delhi head quarters for ECG checkup, so please tell me will this lead to permanent rejection or should I ignore it and go to Delhi for checkup
