What Is My ECG Test Result Suggestive Of?

I am 64 years old, 78 kgs., 5 6 , and diagnosed on ECG with 1. ATRIAL FIBRILLATION IN MODERATE VENTRICULAR RESPONSE. 2. INCOMPLETE, RIGHT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK. Another findings on my Chest X-ray: UNREMARKABLE PULMONARY FINDINGS, LV CARDIOMEGALY AND THORACIC OSTEOPHYTOSIS. WHAT WILL BE MY TREATMENT ON THIS?

Hello,

I think you should get a further consultation with your cardiologist. We should ensure you're really having atrial fibrillation, and decide best treatment strategy. To me, you need to run Holter monitoring for confirmation. Discuss it further with your caring doctor.
