Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a MRI done got results thru mail IMPRESSION Two small areas of T2 hyperintensity in the central and posterior pons without restricted diffusion consistent with chronic changes. No evidence of an acute intracranial process I do not know what this means can you explain.
There are two suspicious lesion notes in the brain toward the region of the pons. However, there is nothing much to worry as the lesion consistent with chronic age-related change and does not indicates any active disease process.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
