What Is My X Ray Report Suggestive Of?

Dear Doc, i want to know what is the meaning of my xray result..a 1.3cm ovoid opacity is seen in the right lower lobe, overlying the 5th anterior rib.Possible considerations include : a.nipple shadow b.granuloma. Spot view with slight obliquity and with nipple marker is suggested for further evaluation if clinically warranted. im so concious of this result,please help me to know the meaning of that..Please let me know if i have already a cancer in that result ?

Hi,

The X-ray does not mean any cancer. It shows some minor white area in the lung fields. According to the report the white area may be nipple shawon, or calcium deposits. It's does not mean cancer.

You should follow. With X-ray from. Side and may need CT scan if was not clear.
