What Is My X Ray Result Suggestive Of?

Hi. I have a friend, she had ptb last 2000. She was treated and was advised healed. Then last month when we got our Xray results, she was advised to have an apicolordotic view of her upper left lobe. Here is the result. Reference made with the study done elsewhere taken april 26 2016. There are minimal hazy infiltrates and a poorly defined nodule in the left upper lobe due to PTB of undertermined activity. What does this mean? Thank you
