General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Based on the chest x-ray report description, it appears that your husband is having lower respiratory tract infection.
Hence he is also experiencing fever. He needs to be treated with antipuretic medications along with a course of appropriate antibiotics.
Kindly consult Physician along with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hole the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
