What Is My X Ray Result Suggestive Of?

Hi I have problems in my right leg ankle joint sprain, swelling and pain. yesterday X-ray done in that shows well-corticated calcification fragments seen at the dorsal aspect of the novicular bone related to old injury until yesterday I was okay there was no swelling, pain anything after the sprain yesterday this happen, can you suggest me how can it be cured? Do I need surgery for this or will it cause further problems. Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, it is nothing given that could indicates that surgery is necessary unless the case being studied in detail else the condition can be managed medically, as long as the surgery is concern it is depends upon the clinical condition and the risk factor of surgery and this can be discus with surgeon hope this information helps.
