General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the red lines below the skin of upper and lower limbs, belly indicate possible changes in the allergy issue, subcutaneous blood vessels showing up the cholesterol deposits due to hypercholesterolemia or else. The prescribed medications are also for allergy control, anti lipid drugs to lower the body cholesterol.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
