Hello ,,, my dad is 55 years old and in his recent blood test it is seen that billirubin is 0.4 and 1.4 , fasting sugar 130 , cholesterol 209, Tg 150 and his bp is 140/100 so please recommend me that what types of food should b eaten to maintain the normal level also do recommend me that is this the serious condition?
