What Is My Blood Test Report Suggestive Of?

Yes please Sir triglycerides 119 HDL 40 LDL 111 total cholesterol - 183 I m 54 yrs old 6ft3 190 lbs. Just had my blood tested cuz all the men in our family die in their fifties , I am 54 right now and hoping to god these numbers are ok I eat right .. I sleep well , I exercise every day , I am spritual , I love and am loved am I soomed like the men in the previous generartions before me =(

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your all the parameter of the lipid profile are normal except LDL.
According the NABl laboratory, normal level of LDL is
So have just above high and it is independent risk factor for the heart problem.
I would suggest to repeat the test after 6 week (10-12 hours Fasting sample is proffered).
Meanwhile take following advises:
Do regular exercise like walking, running 45-60 minutes daily in the morning followed by the yoga for 20-25 minutes.
Avoid fatty/oily/salty food
Take more green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits
Eat 4 pisatchio, 4 almonds, 1 walnut daily
Drink plenty of water
Avoid stress.
