HI AND PLEASED TO ANSWER YOU
LDH : Lactate dehydrogenase test
Normal value range is 105 to 333 international units per liter (IU/L).
YOUR VALUE LDH 307      NORMAL

Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) blood test
The normal range is 10 to 34 U/L.
YOUR VALUE 44 LITTLE INCREASE

Alanine transaminase (ALT) blood test
The normal range is: Male: 10 to 40 U/L , and Female: 7 to 35 U/L
YOUR VALUE 96 INCREASE +++

Gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) blood test
The normal range for adults is 8 to 65 U/L.
YOUR VALUE 77 LITTLE INCREASE

Your blood test result is an increase in ALT and a little increase in y-GT and AST.
The first thing I will suspect as you have obesity is the Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), a condition in which fat builds up in your liver. Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is a type of NAFLD. If you have NASH, you have inflammation and liver cell damage, along with fat in your liver.
I recommend YOU weight loss to treat nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Weight loss can reduce fat in the liver, inflammation, and fibrosis. No medicines have been approved to treat NAFLD and NASH.

Some other condition may be suspected as hepatitis B or C, Use of drugs that are toxic to the liver , swollen and inflamed liver, cirrhosis, diabetes , pancreas diseases , Flow of bile from the liver is blocked (cholestasis), Liver cancer or tumor etc…

I URGE YOU TO CONSULT A GASTROENTEROLOGIST.
BEST WISHES
