What Is My Brain MRI Result Suggestive Of?

Brain MRI showing Focal gliotic changes in the bilateral fronto parietal regions but other things are normal. The boy aged 15 years now was getting fainted earlier at an interval of 60?days but the frequency is now increased to 15 days. Please suggest what must be the next step and how serious is it.

Your child has an organic brain disease. And it is progressive. It is a very very serious thing and you should see a neurologist as soon as possible.
