What Is My Child S Urine Test Result Suggestive Of?

Good morning Dr, my grandson at 4 years old and 6 months. Because of the color brown urine last Thursday and then became normal color. It was advice for the Doctor for urine analysts today and the results is 20-30hpf. He is now admitted. please advice.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have not mention about the whole urine analysis.
Is 20-30 hpf RBCs or bacteria?
Let's assume it is RBC as urine is brown in color.
It could be due to the urinary tract infection, stone, tumor and any growth in the urinary tract.
I would suggest to undergo the USG scan, uIrne culture to find the further cause.
Doctor give lot of fluid through parenteral route, antibiotic and analgesic, urinary antiseptics.
Other treatment will depend on the specific cause.
