this is my mother coronary angiography sir give me surgical opinion at YYYY@YYYY Lms: short and normal. Lad: minor ordeal and proximal course disease.critical disease at mid and late distal course. Lex: totally occurred av-circ. Rica: dominant.critical disease in pda/plc origin. Lv angio: good lv function. Diagnosis: tvcad with good lv function ADVICE: surgical opinion
