Hello,
The symptoms seem to be related to a a urinary tract infection caused by E.Coli.
It is sensitive to Zinacef which is the antibiotic that you should take to treat the infection.
It should be taken one tablet a day for a week.
I suggest to consult your gp for the prescription.
