What Is My Follicular Study Report Suggestive Of?

Hi Dr, follicular study on 13th day is Right ovary 13×8mm Left ovary 10×9mm,10×8mm,14×11mm On 15th day Right 13×10mm Left 10×10mm,10×8mm,14×11mm Today is my 15th day Iam expecting this month pregnancy can i proceed alternative days or daily Please suggest me doctor

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the follicular study report you have furnished, it suggests that there are follicles in both right and left ovaries, more so in left ovary. But it is suggesting that the progression is not that satisfactory.
However, you may proceed during this cycle as planned by timing intercourse on alternate days, as you may expect ovulation to happen by 18 to 20 days.
In case it does not happen, it is advisable to consult Gynecologist for evaluation and management as you might require medication for timely maturation of follicles and ovulation.
