What Is My Pelvic And Transvaginal Ultrasound Test Results Indicative Of?

Can someone tell me what these results mean? EXAM: Ultrasound pelvic and transvaginal CLINICAL HISTORY: Status post LEEP COMPARISON: No prior FINDINGS: The uterus measures 9.4 x 3.3 x 4.6 cm. On endovaginal exam, endometrial thickness is 6 mm. No uterine fibroids is seen. Right ovary measures 4.1 x 1.9 by 3.6 cm and shows a small shadowing echogenic focus consistent a calcification measuring 5 x 3 mm. The left ovary measures 2.8 x 2.7 x 2.6 cm and demonstrates small follicles. No extraovarian adnexal mass is seen. There is no pelvic free fluid. IMPRESSION: Essentially negative exam. Small isolated nonspecific calcification right ovary.

Hi,

The report mentioned is normal, except for a small calcification in right ovary- may indicate a degenerated old cyst- anyhow not a cause of concern. No particular abnormality mentioned in cervix too, where procedure was done before.
