Hello,
The
semen analysis report is not very good.
Sperm count per ejaculate is a little low(12.8), it should be at least 15 million sperm per mL per ejaculate.
Motility is also low, Volume is fine. Your husband's sperm count can be improved. No worries, do not get hopeless. It may take time so have patience.
You are suggested to visit a GP or a Gynae & get your husband assessed so that he can be prescribed proper medicines.
In the meantime help him stay stress-free, keep him away from anxiety. Cut on alcohol, smoking & addictions if any.
Give him food rich in protein(liver, meat, nuts, dry fruits, paneer, cheese, eggs, fish, etc). Give him homemade food. He can take D-
Aspartic acid supplements &
clomiphene citrate under a doctor with prescription.
He can take multivitamins supplements along with
vitamin C & D in food. Veggies & berries to balance the diet.
He should be well hydrated & should take adequate sleep. Stay together & get him tested (after abstinence) every 2 months to assess improvement.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
