According to your semen analysis report you have 1 ml semen quantity. Sperm count is 45 million/ml, which is normal. As per motility, 70% are motile & Immotile forms are 30%. Out of motile forms #0% are having excellant or grade 1 motility, 40 % are having good motility, 20 % are sluggish motile & rest are non progressive motile. As per shape 8-10% are of abnormal shape & rest are all of normal shape.
There is presence of Pus cells 15-20 /hpf, which means slight genital tract infection in you.
So all togethar your semen analysis report is normal except for slight infection & you could have a baby.
