Hi,

Incomplete data like the purpose of doing ultrasound, any associated symptoms or any treatment taken not mentioned.

The ultrasound findings are suggestive of polycystic ovaries.

1. Echogenic stoma is indicative of polycystic ovaries.
2. A change in the size could be due to treatment you receive for PCOD
3. Anteverted uterus is the normal position of the uterus which means the uterus, or womb, is tilted towards the front of the abdomen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
