What Is My Transvaginal Ultrasound Result Suggestive Of?
I had a transvaginal ultrasound done several weeks ago and results came back with my primary care provider saying everything looked normal. My question is is there was limited visualization of the left ovary and no fluid in Cul-de-sac and ovary measurements being right ovary much bigger than the left ovary, could that be enough to get second opinion? Every time I cough, it feels like my ovaries are being ripped out, I have 3 menstrual cycles them stop for several days only to start up again bleeding very brown blood for several days. I also cannot stand for more than 10-15 minutes without my lower back hurting so bad its almost disabling to where I almost pass out. What could this all mean?

What Is My Transvaginal Ultrasound Result Suggestive Of?
Hello, * Much bigger right ovary indicates possible ovarian cyst with compression of surrounding structures. However, if you can provide plates of ultrasound examination, I can guide further precisely in this case. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
