What Is My Ultrasound Report Suggestive Of?

i am pregnant and i have cystic mass in the right adnexa with an echogenic component in the inferior aspect measuring 4.65x4.65x4.51 cm with a volume of 50.97 cm3. no free fluid in the cul de sac. what shoul i do? what medicine should i intake ? is this hazard for my baby?
