Hi,

It appears that there are stones in gall bladder (7mm) and right kidney (3.4 mm). Pain is most likely due to these stones. Usually when stone gets dislodged from pelvis of the kidney and tries to move towards and in ureter, there is severe pain. Gall stones usually do not cause much of the problem unless those are two big. There are medications available to to try and dissolve these stones, which may be used along with antispasmodics to control pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhakar Laxman Jathar
