What Is My Ultrasound Result Indicative Of?

Hello. I recently had an ultra sound done. I got the results of my online medical chart. Can you tell me what it means RIGHT LOBE: The right thyroid lobe measures 1.7 x 3.2 x 2.1 cm and is irregular in contour. It contains 2 nodules. Nodule 1 measures 0.8 x 1.4 x 0.9 cm in the inferior lobe. It is solid, hypoechoic with mild hypervascularity. Nodule 2 is solid, mostly hyperechoic, and partly isoechoic. It measures 1.3 x 1.1 x 0.9 cm. There is no vascularity associated with this nodule.
