What Is My Ultrasound Result Suggestive Of?

hi doctor, i have bilateral renal microlithiases in the ultrasound results : there are few minute intense echoes without posterior sonic shadowing seen within, the most prominent ones measuring o.55 on the right and 0.68 on the left. my doctor told me to take potassium nitrate for 3mos. im done with my medication, but still experience back pain. Please help me..

hi, nothing to worry much, as the minor calculi is gone with the diuretic treatment your back pain might be of some other reason, get an review ultra sound done now to confirm the renal calculi
