What Is My Urine Analysis Report Suggestive Of?
Hi there! I am 24 years old. i had some vaginal itching and increased amount of discharge that is milky white, sometimes a bit yellow. I had urine analysis and it showed high WBC (20-25 hpf), urine CS shows NO PATHOGENIC ORGANISM ISOLATED. Vaginal smear was only tested for trichomonas and monilia. BOTH NEGATIVE. But PUS CELLS are 10-12 hpf, nil RBC, and present (+++) epithelial cells. I m worried about having chlamydia or gonorrhea or PID. Can these tests indicate that? Or can we rule it out just by looking at this?
