What Is Normal BP Range For Physically Fit Teenager?

My 18-year-old son who plays football in college was just told that is blood pressure is abnormally high. He said his weightlifting coach told him the same earlier this month. It s 138/90. What s normal bp for a physically fit teenager, and what might he do naturally to lower it?
