What Is Pain Around The Left Nipple With Mild Swelling Indicative Of?

I am a 63 year old male with pain in the left breast. Touching or pressing around the area gives pain, maybe 4 to 5 on a level of 10, especially around the nipple area. The right side is completely normal. I am fine otherwise. I have had this a couple of weeks but thought it would go away. I think there s a bit of swelling, too.

Breast swelling and pain in male persons is less common.It indicates u have hormonal thing or infection in that area.If it started few days back it indicates infection.Or from long duration like progressive type plz consult some surgeon to rule out malignancy.
