hi my husand found a big knot under his arm this afternoon said his arm started hurting yesterday and when he started rubbing his arm he felt a knot big as a baseball under his arm right below the arm pit on the left side it is really big says it has his whole arm hurting he does not take any medicine and he does not do any drugs could you please give me some advise on what it might be or what he should do he dosent have any insurance thank you
