What Is Persistent Pain In The Elbow Suggestive Of?

I have continued pain in my elbow from heavy labor over the summer. I m told by others it is Tennis Elbow but not sure what viable options exist to treat it/improve it. At this point I ve done nothing and would prefer to not to a medication to conceal it.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. As per your history, please find my advice below:

1) Do a detailed clinical exam and x-ray of joint to rule out [Lateral Epicondylitis]

2) There are various conservative treatment procedures available first try conservative treatment, if it is failed then try surgical treatment.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
