What Is Reason For Getting Bell's Palsy?

how am i sure why i got bells palsy or why i got this weird growth external on my wrist that grew from like two small purple colored little like bumps to like 6 of them and contiued to grow a little longer until it just dried and fell of my wrist did these both have to do with the hsv type 1 virus i know that could be one of the bells palsey reasons
